Today was the last day allowed to incorporate significant savings reform to the property insurance marketplace.  Most insurers complied but the state is still reviewing a handful of those who failed to implement savings programs as deep as the state had hoped.  As for the outlook for the pricing, we have been experiencing great feedback and our agency has a number of companies that have relaxed their underwriting guidelines and pricing.  I have saved quite a few people over or near $1,000 a year even in Central Florida.  If you have questions call me at 407-215-7318.  Thanks to all – Greg Hemming
